Vancouver, March 27, 2006 - With copper prices buoyed by long-term, worldwide demand, Candente Resource Corp. is eyeing several appealing development scenarios. Joey Freeze is Candente's CEO, but also a geologist with an admirable track record, and enjoys a constructive relationship with local residents near the company's Cañariaco project. The company is coming off news of a deal with Mitsui for optioning the El As De Zinc Property, an award from the latin press for environmental responsibility, and announcement of Phase 1 drilling results from Alto Dorado.
