| Change Cookie Setting |
| Due to a problem caused by a recent Windows upgrade, some subscribers are able to post press releases on Kitco.com, but not on Kitcometals or Kitcosilver. They are stopped before they can finish and an error message declares that they must activate cookies. They may receive this message even if the settings on the browser have allowed cookies. |
| The easiest solution is to post press releases using the Firefox browser. If you have this problem but do not have Firefox installed, please do the following: |
| At the top of Internet Explorer, click on Tools, then click on the bottom function - Internet Options. |
| At the top of the Internet Options window, Click on the third tab from the left - Privacy. Then click on the third button in the middle - Advanced. |
| In the Advanced window, check the box beside "Override automatic cookie handling" and click OK. |
