Kitco's new internet service lets you retrieve refining results around the clock. When you enter your personal ID number, all metal credits and charges will be displayed. You can even instruct Kitco on your choice of settlement options. Your instructions will be executed at the start of the following business day.

Once you have requested and obtained your Kitco personal ID number; you will be able to access the Kitco On-line Assay service. Having your own ID number ensures that only you can obtain information about your metals.

Should you have any questions or concerns about your assay results, simply leave an email message at this site and Kitco will contact you as soon as possible. Please include your telephone number with your email message.

All assay and account information is maintained on our internal computer network which is not accessible over the internet or through any other remote means. When you request a personal ID number we arrange to have copies of your refining lot information sent to a physically separate location which is not connected to our main computer network. Only assay and refining results are sent. Customer information such as name, address, etc does not exist on this internet access computer.
