Norilsk Nickel analyst sees global deficit at 120,000 t by year end

JAKARTA, Sept 12 (Reuters) -


* Norilsk Nickel analyst says global nickel deficit hit 90,000 tonnes in first 8 months of 2018, seen reaching 120,000 tonnes by year end.
* Alex Khodov, Principal Nickel Analyst, Norilsk Nickel, told Metal Bulletin's 6th Asian Nickel Conference after reaching 90,000 tonnes in first 8 months of year, β€œin the next few months until the end of the year we might see a deficit of another 30,000 tonnes.”
