Road Trippin' with John Lennon’s $2.3M ‘Psychedelic’ Rolls-Royce

Buckle up, gearheads! This summer, John Lennon’s favorite car – the famous ‘psychedelic’ Rolls-Royce Phantom V – will be making the journey from the Great White North to a familiar spot in England. Starting July 29, the iconic Beatles vehicle will be on display at one of the world’s oldest auction houses, Bonhams. The trip back to Bond Street is guaranteed to be nostalgic, mere seconds away from where the Beatles’ second movie “Help!” was shot. The limousine will be on display for five days before returning to its home at the Royal British Columbia Museum, to which it was donated in 1987 after being bought for a whopping $2.3 million.
