The big day is here, the FED and Central Bankers are all hanging out in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Janet Yellen, Mario Draghi and Haruhiko Kuroda will be among the monetary policy superstars deciding how much more damage they can do to the economy.
Jackson Hole brings together some of the smartest people in the world, who are also the most clueless when it comes to running the economy. Their number one goal is the hidden tax of inflation allowing them to print more money and have the middle class pay for it.
Gold is hovering around the $1,290 level and holding strong. All the speeches on Friday could drive the markets in a big way. Gold which has beautifully held onto support could be a big benefactor of this meeting and finally break through the $1,300 level.
The bottom line here is simple. The financial manipulation, currency wars and ignorance of these bankers should benefit gold, silver and other metals. What we know for sure is this collection of geniuses has followed the path of past officials who know nothing about the real world or common sense.
