Momentum builds in the Yukon after recent mining successes
Two new mines that went online in the Yukon in the past 24 months are creating excitement in the resource sector, said Anne Lewis, executive director of Invest Yukon.
Lewis spoke to Kitco in November.
Victoria Gold’s mine achieved commercial production in July 2020. Alexco Resource’s Keno Hill went into production in late 2020. Both mines are located in central Yukon.
