Kenyan shilling strong against the dollar

NAIROBI, Feb 5 (Reuters) - The Kenyan shilling was strong against the dollar on Monday reaching its strongest level since Nov. 2016, helped by inflows from offshore investors buying government debt amid low importer demand, traders said.
