* Cepsa shut down a 100,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) crude processing unit at its Huelva oil refinery in Spain following a fire, a spokeswoman said on Monday.
* The fire was extinguished immediately, she said, adding that the company has launched an investigation to determine the cause of the event.

* "For this reason, the CDU-1 unit has been shut down. We don't know yet how long it will stay off line," the spokeswoman said in an email.
