(Kitco News) - Detour Gold announced today that Frazer Bourchier, Chief Operating Officer, and Laurie Gaborit, VP Investor Relations, have both resigned their positions effective June 30, 2019.
Fund manager John Paulson launched a shake up of the company last year resulting in board members and leadership leaving the company. Last month Michael "Mick" McMullen became the new CEO.
The company said the approximate cost of both resignations is approximately $3.41 million, which will be taken as a one-off charge in Q2 2019.
Detour Gold said that at this time it does not have a plan on filling the COO position.
