Centamin Maintains Guidance
Egyptian-miner Centamin is planning for gold production of 490,000 to 520,000 ounces in 2019 with an all-in-sustaining cost of $890-950 per ounce sold.
Centamin released its Q2 report on Thursday.
The company said gold production was 117,913 ounces for Q2, a 27% increase compared to the corresponding quarter in 2018. Centamin sold only 112,764 ounces of gold, 5% below previous quarter due to timing of the closing weekly gold shipment.
Centamin has liquid assets of $327 million.
