Equinox Gold is now trading on Toronto Stock Exchange

Kitco News

Equinox Gold announced today that it received approval to graduate from the TSX Venture Exchange to the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Equinox Gold, which is led by Ross Beaty, is a Canadian gold producer with plans to produce more than one million ounces of gold annually by the end of 2023 from two mines in California and one in Brazil.

Christian Milau, CEO of Equinox Gold, said the move to the TSX will increase his company's visibility.

"Graduating to the Toronto Stock Exchange is another important milestone for Equinox Gold, reflecting the company’s growth over the last two years from a single-asset developer to a multi-mine producer. Completing both TSX and NYSE American stock exchange listings achieves the company’s objective of increasing market visibility and enhancing trading flexibility for investors."

The company said its common shares and warrants will commence trading on the TSX under the same ticker symbols of EQX and EQX.WT, respectively, at market open on November 25, 2019.
