The biggest anticipated event in the diamond market happened this year. The Argyle Mine in Australia, which produces around 90% of the world’s pink diamonds, is closing.

The long-suffering diamond market should benefit, says Paul Zimnisky, independent diamond analyst and consultant, who talked to Kitco earlier this month.
