SolGold reduces site work in Ecuador due to COVID-19 concerns

(Kitco News) - Due to COVID-19 concerns, SolGold (TSE:SOLG) said Wednesday it has reduced operations throughout Ecuador.
"In an effort to reduce potential transmission of COVID-19, SolGold is actively monitoring all its employees and will continue to do so for the next 14 days. The Company has also reduced to essential personnel only. The employees at project sites and office will continue to follow government advice on prevention of this disease," said CEO Nick Mather.
The company said it is compiling data while site work is halted.
SolGold is focused on projects in Ecauador. The company is based in Brisbane.
