Piedmont Lithium expands drill program to 25,000 meters

(Kitco News) - North Carolina (NASDAQ:PLL) focused Piedmont Lithium is expanding its drill program by 25,000 meters with three new drill rigs added. The total drill count is five rigs.
The drill will expand the mineral resource. Updates are expected in the first quarter of 2021.
Infill drilling with target upgrading the company mineral resource from inferred to indicated and advance the definitive feasibility study.
Piedmont plans a fully integrated spodumene-to-hydroxide business to convert spodumene to 22,700 tonnes per year of battery-grade lithium hydroxide in North America
