Moody's says Mexican 2022 budget increases federal transfers to local governments
MEXICO CITY, Sept 14 (Reuters) - Moody's Investors Service said on Tuesday that the Mexican government's 2022 draft budget increases federal transfers to regional and local governments, which will lead to a gradual recovery of their operating balances and greater capital spending.
That has "positive credit implications," said Moody's. (Reporting by Anthony Esposito)
