IHS Holding eyes near $8 billion valuation in U.S. IPO
(Reuters) - IHS Holding Ltd is looking to raise as much as $540 million through an initial public offering in the United States, a regulatory filing showed on Monday, as the telecom infrastructure company targets a valuation of nearly $8 billion.
