Corvus Gold sharholders approve acquisition by Anglogold Ashanti
Corvus Gold (NASDAQ: KOR) said today that shareholders voted overwhelmingly in support of the company's acquisition by AngloGold Ashanti Holdings plc.
Anglo acquire the remaining 80.5% of the outstanding common shares of Nevada-focused Corvus.
