Odyssey will be Canada's 'largest underground gold mine' - Agnico Eagle

When built, the $1.34 billion Odyssey Mine will be a big gold producer, said Agnico Eagle (TSX:AEM) CEO Sean Boyd.
Boyd spoke to Kitco on Tuesday. Shaft sinking at Odyssey is scheduled to begin in October 2022. Agnico is partnering with Yamana Gold on the project.
“When [Odyssey] is built and up and running, it will be the largest underground gold mine in the country,” said Boyd.
