In a recent shareholder's letter, GoldMining announced that "Last week, Gold Royalty completed its successful initial public offering (the "IPO") and listing on the NYSE American, achieving a market capitalization of approximately US$200 million. The IPO was tripled from its initial size of US$30 million to US$90 million which provided GRC with one of the strongest balance sheets amongst its peers. "
