North Sea Crude-Forties at 3-week high on higher bids from Total

LONDON, Feb 13 (Reuters) - North Sea Forties crude oil differentials rose back into positive territory on Monday on the back of higher bids from Total and as hundreds of offshore workers are being balloted for possible strike action.
* The Unite labour union is balloting around 300 Stork
workers and 700 Bilfinger offshore workers about taking strike action on dozens of UK offshore installations, the union said. Any strike could potentially lead to production shutdowns, the union said. The ballots close on March 17.
* The Nordlotus sailed from Turkey's Ceyhan oil export hub loaded with Azeri crude on Monday, the first such shipment since earthquakes hit the region on Feb. 6, ship-tracking data showed and a trading source said. PLATTS WINDOW
* Indications are on a free-on-board (FOB) basis unless marked as cost, insurance and freight (CIF) or delivered at place (DAP).
* No deals.
* Forties: Total bids at dated Brent plus 15 cents loading March 4-8.
* Forties: Total bids at dated Brent flat loading Feb. 25-March 3.
* Forties: Shell offers CIF Rotterdam at dated Brent plus $1.70 loading March 6-10. This equates to around plus 21 cents on a FOB basis, according to Reuters calculations.
