MUMBAI, Feb 17 (Reuters) - India's Tata Power Co Ltd plans to raise funds by selling commercial papers
maturing in three months, three merchant bankers said on Friday.
The company will offer a yield of 7.64% on this issue and
has received a commitment for around 5 billion rupees ($60.39
million), they said.
The notes are rated A1+ by CRISIL.
