(Adds Mineral Resources, Amazon.com, CNIC Corp, Euronext) Feb 22 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2200 GMT on Wednesday:
** Australian miner Mineral Resources Ltd said on Thursday it has signed a deal with lithium giant Albemarle Corp involving a restructuring of their existing joint venture MARBL and its investment in certain lithium assets in China.
** Amazon.com Inc said on Wednesday it had completed its $3.5 billion takeover of primary care provider One Medical , a day after a U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) official announced that the agency would not challenge the deal.
** A subsidiary of China's CNIC Corp has bought a minority stake in Swiss-based global energy trader Mercuria, sources familiar with the matter said.
** Exchange operator Euronext has submitted a preliminary offer to buy fund distribution firm Allfunds for 5.5 billion euros ($5.85 billion) in a deal that would help the Paris Stock Exchange operator advance diversification.
** Saudi Arabia has put a plan by its sovereign wealth fund to acquire the United Bank of Egypt on hold because of a disagreement with the Egyptian authorities over its valuation, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.
** Germany's soccer governing body is poised to kick off the sale of a stake in the Bundesliga's media rights business that could fetch $2.9 billion, sources familiar with the matter said. (Compiled by Anirban Chakroborti)
