Romania sells 905.4 mln lei of June 2026 bonds, sells 933.8 mln lei of Sept 2032 bonds

Feb 23 (Reuters) - Romania sold a more than planned 905.4 million lei ($195.56 million) worth of June 2026 bonds and a more than planned 933.8 million lei ($201.70 million) worth of September 2032 bonds on Thursday, with an average accepted yield of 7.28% and 7.74% respectively, central bank data showed.


Debt managers, who had planned to sell 500 million lei of the June 2026 paper, last tendered the bonds in October at an average yield of 9.47%. They had also planned to sell 500 million lei of the September 2032 paper, which they last tendered in January at an average yield of 7.39%. Series: ROGSHSTVFMX2
