MOSCOW, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Urals crude differentials
were steady on Monday in opaque trade, while Russia's Black Sea
port of Novorossiisk suspended oil loadings on Feb. 24 and will
fail to fulfil the February loading plan due to storms, market
sources said.
* As of Feb. 27, the port has still to load four Suezmax
vessels
of 140,000 tonnes each and two Aframaxes of some 80,000 tonnes
each from the loading plan for this month.
* Another two Aframaxes planned for loading from
Novorossiisk late
in February were excluded from the plan, as bad weather hampers
discharge of crude oil from vessels in Bulgaria, the sources
said.
* Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transneft said on Monday it
had
started pumping oil from Kazakhstan to Germany via Poland
through the Druzhba pipeline, while halting deliveries to
Poland, Russian news agencies reported.
PLATTS WINDOW
* No bids or offers were made for Urals, Azeri BTC or CPC
Blend in
the Platts window on Monday, traders said.
NEWS
* Russian oil supplies to Slovakia via the Druzhba
pipeline are flowing according to plan, Slovakia's economy
ministry said on Monday, following a weekend cut in flows to
Poland.
