MOSCOW, March 31 (Reuters) - Urals crude oil differentials to dated
Brent were unchanged on Friday in quiet trade, while traders awaited more
loading dates for April to emerge to understand the supply volume.
* Demand for April-loading cargoes of Urals was good, traders said, but the
cost
of transport to Asian markets was rising amid a shortage of vessels, they added.
* Sellers had to find more locations to make ship-to-ship (STS) transfers
for
Russian oil to make longer voyages cheaper.
PLATTS WINDOW
* No bids or offers were made for Urals, Azeri BTC or CPC Blend in the
Platts
window on Friday, traders said.
NEWS
* Hungary will start to pay Ukraine for the transit of Russian oil through
the
Ukrainian section of the Druzhba pipeline in order to maintain its supplies, two
sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.
* Kazakhstan plans to supply 100,000 tonnes of oil to Germany in April, the
TASS
news agency reported on Friday, citing a statement by the national oil
transporter KazTransOil.
