MUMBAI, April 17 (Reuters) - India's Tata Power
Renewable Energy plans to raise funds selling commercial papers
maturing in two months, three merchant bankers said on Monday.
The company, a subsidiary of Tata Power Company, will offer
a yield of 7.13% for the issue, and has received commitments
worth around 6 billion rupees ($73.19 million), the bankers
said.
The notes are rated A1+ by Crisil and will mature on June
20.
