Physical Gold and Silver investors need to be pay attention to the construction of the quotes they get for coins, medallions, and bars. They also need to consider what prices and premia may be when it comes time for them to sell. Relative premia in May 2023, when investor demand is strong, do not reflect what the relative premia may be when investors want to sell.
