WARSAW, Feb 7 - The following are news stories, press reports and events that may affect Poland's financial markets on Tuesday. ALL TIMES GMT (Poland: GMT + 1 hour): NUCLEAR POWER Poland will chose location for its second nuclear power plant in the second half of the year. Belchatow, Kozienice and Polaniec are being considered, Mateusz Berger, government's top official in charge of energy security said, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna reports.


INTEREST RATES Keeping interest rates on hold and waiting for the effects of monetary tightening is justified according to analysts Fitch ratings agency, Parkiet reports.


DHL DHL plans to buy a stake in Polish unit of Cainiao, a unit of Alibaba. Both companies plan to invest 60 million euros to expand network of parcel lockers, Puls Biznesu reports.


CREDIT HOLIDAYS


Almost a half of Poles didn't use a possibility to suspend mortgage payments. As of the end of January 1.876 million Poles benefited from credit holidays, Rzeczpospolita reports.
