LONDON, Feb 8 (Reuters) - Equinor, Europe's largest gas
supplier, does not expect Russian gas supplies to Germany to
resume in the medium-term, the Norwegian company said on
Wednesday.
"Do we expect Russian gas to come back to Germany? I would
say 'no', today, but we also know that politics change," Irene
Rummelhoff, Equinor's head of trading and refining, told an
investor presentation in London.
"We have no assumptions in our models for Russian gas
volumes coming back to Germany in the next 3-4 year ... It's
very unlikely that it will (come back to) the German market any
time soon," she added.
