India New Issue-Tata Capital Housing Finance accepts bids for June 2026 bond reissue - traders

MUMBAI, Feb 17 (Reuters) - India's Tata Capital Housing Finance has accepted bids worth 1.50 billion rupees ($18.11 million) for the reissue of 6.50% June 2026 bonds, three merchant bankers said on Friday. The housing financier had invited bids from bankers and investors earlier in the day, they said.


The bonds are rated AAA by CRISIL, and the issue will close for subscription next week. Earlier this month, the company had raised 3 billion rupees selling bonds maturing in three years and three months. ($1 = 82.8280 Indian rupees) (Reporting by Dharamraj Dhutia Editing by Sonia Cheema)
