affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

IBERDROLA Europe's biggest utility Iberdrola on Wednesday
said it expects its net profit to grow by 8% to 10% this year
from 2022, though when factoring the newly created windfall tax
in Spain the growth rate would fall to mid-single-digit. GRIFOLS Steven F. Mayer has resigned as executive chairman of the
board of Spanish pharmaceutical company Grifols , the
company said on Tuesday, citing health and other personal
reasons. FLUIDRA The company said on Tuesday it will refurbish and extend
aquatic centre at Chile's national stadium for 3.6 million
euros. RENTA 4 Renta 4 said on Tuesday its full-year net profit reached
21.8 million euros compared to 25.3 million euros in 2021. DURO FELGUERA Duro Felguera said on Tuesday it executed binding memorandum
of understanding between the company, Grupo Prodi and Mota-Engil
Mexico. ERCROS The company said on Wednesday its full-year net profit rose
to 63.0 million euros compared to 43.3 million euros reported a
