LONDON, Feb 23 (Reuters) - Nigerian crude loading programmes for April continued to emerge on Thursday while offers of Angolan cargoes by state oil firm Sonangol were steady.
* Nigeria: The Forcados crude loading programme for April emerged on Thursday, scheduling 251,000 barrels per day loading on eight cargoes. That is in line with the planned March volume.
* Around 20 cargoes of March-loading Nigerian crude were still available as weaker margins have slowed buying interest.

* Angola: several cargoes were being offered on Wednesday and no deals were heard to have been done so far.
* Angola's state oil firm Sonangol continued on Thursday to offer three spot cargoes: Girassol at dated Brent plus $3.20, Cabinda at dated Brent plus $3.00 and Dalia at dated Brent plus 20 cents a barrel. (Reporting by Alex Lawler; Additional reporting by Julia Payne;
