India New Issue-Capsave Finance accepts bids for 15-month bonds - traders

MUMBAI, March 9 (Reuters) - India's Capsave Finance has accepted bids worth 450 million rupees ($5.49 million) for bonds maturing in 15 months, three merchant bankers said on Thursday.


The non-banking finance company will pay a coupon of 9.00%, and had invited bids from bankers and investors on Wednesday, they said. The bonds, which will mature in June 2024, carry a guarantee by parent company Rent Alpha and will be settled later in the day. This is the first bond issue by the company this financial year.
