LONDON, March 10 (Reuters) - Crude differentials for North Sea crude oil differentials for Norway's Troll stream continued to fall on Friday on a lower Glencore offer than in the previous session.

* In France, fuel deliveries were blocked from refineries as workers continued rolling strikes against pension reform.

* Last year, refinery outages as a result of strikes significantly reduced demand for grade of crude in Europe that typically feed France's refineries.
* Crude oil exports and transit from Russia's Black Sea port of Novorossiisk were suspended on March 10 due to a storm, Reuters sources said on Friday.

PLATTS WINDOW
* Indications are on a free-on-board (FOB) basis unless marked as cost, insurance and freight (CIF) or delivered at place (DAP).
* Troll: Glencore offered a cargo loading Apr. 1-3 at dated Brent plus $2.75.

* Forties: Gunvor bid for a cargo loading Apr. 12-14, at dated Brent plus 20 cents.

* Forties: BP bid for a cargo loading Apr. 12-14 at dated Brent plus 10 cents.
