India New Issue-Vardhman Textiles to issue March 2024 bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, March 13 (Reuters) - India's Vardhman Textiles plans to raise 1.5 billion rupees ($18.32 million) through bonds maturing in March 2024, three merchant bankers said on Monday.


The company will pay a coupon of 7.70% on the bond issue for which it has invited bids from bankers and investors on Friday, they said. The bonds are rated AA+ by CRISIL and the issue will be settled next week.
