STOCKHOLM, March 14 (Reuters) - Rising interest rates have led to big losses at Sweden's central bank which will need to be recapitalized in the coming years, Governor Erik Thedeen told parliament's finance committee on Tuesday. "Let me be clear, we are going to request a significant amount," Thedeen said. "It could be up to 40 billion - that's to say from minus 18 billion to 40 or maybe up to 60 billion."
