India New Issue-Kotak Mahindra Investments to issue 1-year CP - Dealers

MUMBAI, March 15 (Reuters) - India's Kotak Mahindra Investments plans to raise funds selling commercial papers maturing in one year, three merchant bankers said on Wednesday.


The company will pay a coupon of 8.00% on this issue, and it has received commitments worth around 500 million Indian rupees ($6.06 million) so far, the bankers said. The notes are rated A1+ by CRISIL. ($1 = 82.5500 Indian rupees) (Reporting by Dharamraj Dhutia; Editing by Janane Venkatraman)
