PANAMA CITY, March 21 (Reuters) - Panama has issued a $1
billion bond and reopened another for $800 million in a bid to
finance its budget for the year, the country's economy ministry
said Tuesday.
The funds will go toward the 2023 budget, estimated around
$4.15 billion for the year, with some $2.18 billion earmarked
for the government's investment program, the ministry said in a
statement.
