to raise 2 billion rupees ($24.3 million) through the reissue of
two zero-coupon bonds, one maturing in April 2026 and the other
in February 2027, two merchant bankers said on Monday.
The company has invited bids from investors and bankers for
both the bonds reissues on Wednesday, they said.
The bonds are rated AA by CRISIL and the issue will be
settled later this week.
Last week, the company raised 422 million rupees through
bonds maturing in three years at a yield of 11.89% and 381
million rupees through bonds maturing in three years and 11
months at a yield of 11.94%.
