LONDON, March 28 (Reuters) - North Sea crude loading programmes for May started to be issued on Tuesday while a Glencore offer of Troll was the sole pricing indication in the Platts window.

MAY PROGRAMMES
* The May loading programmes for Troll and Oseberg were issued on Tuesday. Others, including the Forties programme, are expected on Thursday.

PLATTS WINDOW
* Indications are on a free-on-board (FOB) basis unless marked as cost, insurance and freight (CIF) or delivered at place (DAP).
* There were no deals, a trade source said.
* Troll: Glencore offered a CIF Rotterdam cargo for April 9-13 at dated Brent plus $4.40, equal to roughly dated Brent plus $2.79 on an FOB basis, according to Reuters calculations. That was slightly higher than a similar offer on Monday.
