April 5 (Reuters) - Ratings agency Fitch on Wednesday
upgraded Saudi Arabia to 'A+' from 'A', citing country's robust
fiscal and external balance sheets, including a favorable
debt-to-GDP ratio and strong sovereign net foreign assets.
