SINGAPORE, April 6 (Reuters) - Taiwan's Formosa Petrochemical Corp (FPCC) has issued a tender to sell May-loading jet fuel for the first time in slightly more than three months, three industry sources said on Thursday.

The tender closes on April 6 with same-day validity, they said.

The refiner is offering one 300,000-barrel cargo loading between May 7 and May 11 via the tender. It previously sold a 300,000-barrel January-loading lot in Dec 2022.

The offer comes in line with higher crude runs expected soon after planned maintenance works end at one of FPCC's crude distillation unit and corresponding downstream units, one of three sources said. Separately, May-loading offers for both 10 ppm and 500 ppm sulphur gasoil cargoes will likely emerge a week later, the same source added.

The company typically does not make official comment on the status of its tenders.
