India New Issue-Reliance Industries to issue 2-month CP - dealers

MUMBAI, April 10 (Reuters) - India's Reliance Industries plans to raise funds by selling commercial papers maturing in two months, two merchant bankers said on Monday. The company will offer a yield of 6.90% on the issue and has received commitments worth around 10 billion rupees ($121.97 million) so far, according to the bankers. The notes are rated "A1+" by CARE Ratings and will mature on June 5.
