MOSCOW, April 12 (Reuters) - Russian Deputy Finance
Minister Vladimir Kolychev said on Wednesday that the price
spread between Urals crude oil and Brent has been gradually
narrowing, according to an Interfax news agency report.
The agency also quoted him as saying that it could be
necessary to reconsider the fixed level of the Urals discount to
Brent used for tax calculation purposes.
