BELGIUM-FRANCE/WINDFARM: Belgium and France will come to an agreement regarding a disputed wind farm project in the North Sea, Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo said on Monday, after a meeting of EU leaders about offshore wind energy in the North Sea.


MONETARY POLICY


The European Central Bank will almost certainly add 25 basis points to its deposit rate on May 4 and then take it to 3.50% or higher in June as core inflation remains persistently high, according to economists polled by Reuters.


PRIMONIAL French money manager Primonial said on Monday that it is weighing a piecemeal sale of its distribution and property investment operations, after a deal to find a buyer fell apart last year.

ID LOGISTICS : The company posted first-quarter revenues up by 18.3% to 630.4 million euros ($696.09 million). ID Logistics said it is well positioned to continue its development, relying on growth drivers in Europe and in the U.S.


RENAULT : The French carmaker Renault on Monday detailed the new software architecture of its future vehicles which it said will be on par by 2026 with that of electric-vehicle industry leader Tesla Inc .


SODEXO : French catering group Sodexo announced its sports subsidiary Sodxo Live! acquired full ownership of STH, a global provider of travel, hospitality and ticketing programs for international sports events.
