W. Africa Crude-Nigerian programmes awaited, HPCL tenders to buy

LONDON, April 25 (Reuters) - Force majeure over exports from some Nigerian streams continued to delay the release of June export plans while a leading Indian refiner issued a new buy tender.


* June export plans for Qua Iboe crude and three smaller streams were on hold after operator Exxon declared force majeure amid a labour dispute earlier this month.
* India's HPCL tender to buy two cargoes of late-July arriving crude supplies.
* Sonangol on Friday sold cargoes of Girassol offered at dated Brent plus $2.70, Dalia offered at dated Brent minus $1.20 and CLOV offered at dated Brent plus $1.10, traders said.
* The sales mark the fastest start to a trading cycle in many months, with Chinese crude demand set for a sharp rebound.
* Sonangol last offered a cargo of Kissanje at dated Brent plus $1.20.
* Vitol again offered a partial cargo of Nigerian Agbami crude but failed to find a buyer. (Reporting by Noah Browning; Editing by Mark Porter)
