India New Issue-Shrem Infra accepts bids for 5-year bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, May 3 (Reuters) - India's Shrem Infrastructure has accepted bids worth 1.2 billion rupees ($14.67 million) for bonds maturing in five years, two merchant bankers on Wednesday. The company will pay a coupon of 9.75% on this issue, for which it had invited bids from bankers and investors earlier in the day.


The bonds are rated AA by India Ratings and the issue will be settled on Thursday. In April, the company raised 1.20 billion rupees via bonds maturing in three years at a coupon of 10.50%.
