SANTANDER The bank said on Wednesday it has raised its prime rate from 8.0% to 8.25%, effective from May 3. AENA The company informed on Wednesday on bids submitted in the duty free competition. FAES FARMA The company said on Thursday it will buy 100% shares of Novosci Healthcare FZCO, based in Dubai. PROSEGUR The company said on Thursday its first quarter net profit rose to 12.7 million euros ($14.07 million) from 10.6 million euros one year ago. COMPANIA ESPANOLA DE VIVIENDAS EN ALQUILER The company said on Wednesday its first quarter net profit was slightly up at 2.1 million euros.
