SANTANDER The bank said on Wednesday it has raised its prime rate from 8.0% to 8.25%, effective from May 3. AENA The company informed on Wednesday on bids submitted in the duty free competition. The company did not receive any bid for the lease of the duty free shops in its Madrid and Barcelona airports, Spain's two busiest. FAES FARMA The company said on Thursday it will buy 100% shares of Novosci Healthcare FZCO, based in Dubai. PROSEGUR The company said on Thursday its first quarter net profit rose to 12.7 million euros ($14.07 million) from 10.6 million euros one year ago. COMPANIA ESPANOLA DE VIVIENDAS EN ALQUILER The company said on Wednesday its first quarter net profit was slightly up at 2.1 million euros.
