India New Issue-IIFL Samasta Finance to issue 7-year bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, May 15 (Reuters) - India's IIFL Samasta Finance plans to raise at least 1.5 billion rupees ($18.34 million) through bonds maturing in seven years, three merchant bankers said on Monday. The company will offer a coupon of 11% for this issue, for which it has invited bids from investors and bankers on Wednesday. The issue also has a greenshoe option to retain an additional subscription of up to 1.5 billion rupees.


The bonds are rated AA- by CRISIL and the issue will be settled on Thursday. In February, the company raised 400 million rupees via bonds maturing in two years at a coupon of 10.75%.
